Developed by Barry Callebaut, Ruby chocolate is the fourth official variety of chocolate to be released, joining milk, dark and white.
A spectacular pastel pink in colour, Ruby chocolate has been in development since 2004. The Instagram friendly tones occur naturally from the cocoa bean and most importantly no artificial colours and flavours are added in the manufacturing process.
